A non-spicy banchan, this Korean soybean sprout side dish is a popular addition to the many varieties of side dishes. Quickly stir fry and mix continuously using a spatula until done. The addition of light soy sauce gives this dish de. Stir Fry Heat oil in a wok until very hot and throw in bean sprouts. The humble mung bean sprouts can be transformed into an excellent side dish just by being lightly steamed. Add mung bean sprouts and blanch for 2 minutes. Transfer them to a serving bowl or plate. Place bean sprouts and cook on medium-high heat until soft but still crunchy. Instructions Bring a medium size pot of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to boil.Add the sprouts and mix by hand to season evenly.
